Located in the Midwest part of the Norwegian coastline,

Construction : 

  The construction of the Road started on August 1983 and finished in six years. The opening of the road took place 7 July 1989. The route was originally proposed as a railway line in the early 20th century, but this was abandoned. The route was originally proposing a windstorms. During construction the area was hit by 12 European windstorms. It is built on several small islands and skerries, which are connected by several causeways and Bridges. Due to its incredible coastline, Bendy Roads, Curvy Bridges and Roller Coaster feel, it is popular among motorcyclists, road trippers and photographers there are several view points along the road where you can view both Nature and Architecture, you can enjoy

the view of Atlantic Ocean, rich bird life, seals and if you are lucky you can see whales. Visitors can go for fishing
